the ongoing conflict between
the kingdom of God and the forces of darkness.
It involves the battle against
Satan, his demons, the sinful nature (the flesh),
and the ungodly systems of the world.
While it has spiritual realities and consequences,
it is fought primarily with spiritual weapons
rather than physical ones.
The Bible presents the world as a battleground between good and evil, light and darkness, God and Satan. From the fall in Genesis 3 to the final victory in Revelation, Scripture describes a cosmic struggle in which believers are called to stand firm.
