The spirit of counsel and might.
The mighty God.
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear,
but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Isaiah lists seven spirits of God.
“And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.”
Isaiah 11:2
Might is the fifth name, paired with counsel. The Spirit who rests on the Branch is might, and the Child is called the mighty God. Might without counsel is force. Counsel without might is a word that cannot do what it says. On Jesus they rest together. God has not given the church the spirit of fear, but of power. The power is His Spirit, not a temper the flesh works up.
