¶ Kingdom and Priests
And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father,
to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever.
And hast made us unto our God kings and priests,
and we shall reign on the earth.
Jesus has made us kings and priests unto God. The elders’ song says the same. He was slain, and redeemed them by His blood, and made them kings and priests, and they shall reign on the earth. Peter says a royal priesthood. The elders sit crowned, and they cast the crowns. The reign is promised. The worship is already. Kingdom and priests is not a second salvation. It is what the blood made them.
