The Man Born Blind is the man in John 9 who washed in Siloam and came back seeing.
Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?
It was not that this man sinned, or his parents,
but that the works of God might be displayed in him.
He spit on the ground and made mud,
anointed the man’s eyes, and said,
Go, wash in the pool of Siloam.
He went and washed and came back seeing.
One thing I do know, that though I was blind, now I see.
Do you believe in the Son of Man?
Lord, I believe.
And he worshiped Him.
The disciples want a courtroom. Whose fault is a birth without eyes? Jesus will not load a crib with that verdict. Night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. Mud from spit, a pool named Sent, a walk a blind man must make in trust. Neighbors argue identity. Is this not the beggar? He said, I am the man. Pharisees split over Sabbath mud. The parents fear the ban and push the son forward: he is of age. He answers them with growing nerve—He is a prophet; God does not listen to sinners; if this man were not from God, He could do nothing. They cast him out. Jesus finds him, as He found the man at Bethesda. Do you believe in the Son of Man? Who is He, sir, that I may believe? You have seen Him. The man who had never seen now looks at the Light and worships. For judgment I came into this world, that those who do not see may see, and those who see may become blind. Bethsaida’s man saw trees, then edges. This man sees, then sees the Son. The work displayed is not only eyeballs. It is a worshiper they threw out of the synagogue.

I am the light of the world. Go, wash in Siloam. He came back seeing.
One thing I do know, that though I was blind, now I see.
He is of age. Ask him. They cast him out.

Do not first hunt a sinner in a crib. Watch for the work of God. Wash when He sends you. Tell the one thing you know. When they throw you out, expect Him to find you. Believe. Worship. The Light does not only give eyes. He gives Himself to the man who can finally look at Him.
