Believers are those who have
trusted in Jesus Christ for salvation.
In relation to the unseen realms,
they occupy a unique and privileged position.
Through faith in Christ,
believers have been
delivered from the kingdom of darkness,
placed in the kingdom of God,
and given spiritual authority over the forces of evil.
They are no longer victims of the unseen realm
but are called to stand in
the victory Christ has already won.
When a person places their faith in Jesus, several profound changes occur in their relationship to the spiritual realm:

One of the most important truths about believers is their position in Christ:
“God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” — Ephesians 2:6
Believers are spiritually seated with Christ far above all rule, authority, power, and dominion (Ephesians 1:20-21). This means that in the unseen realms, believers already occupy a place of victory and authority because of their union with the risen and exalted Christ.
This position is not based on feelings or performance but on what God has done through Jesus.

Believers are not helpless victims of the unseen realms. Through faith in Jesus Christ, they have been delivered, positioned in victory, and equipped with spiritual authority. While the battle is real, the outcome is not in doubt. The call for every believer is to recognize their identity in Christ, put on the full armor of God daily, and stand firm in the victory that has already been won.
